WONDERFUL! Dr. Jones and his entire staff are true professionals with hearts! Both my husband and I had to have new crowns about a week apart and we can't praise Dr. Jones enough. He patiently explained every step along the way and even stopped to allow me to catch my breath and swallow throughout the procedure. (A case of nerves on my part!) In both our cases, the entire process was so much easier than we expected it to be! There was no pain at all - truly remarkable! Best of all, his assistant Lafonda and Dr. Jones himself kept both of us smiling throughout the process with their gentle care, cheerfulness and kindness. 10 gold stars!
